Most comprehensive motor policies and roadside plans include a tow benefit. Tell us who you are with and we deal with the authorisation while the truck is on its way.

What will it cost in cash?

A working estimate before you commit. We confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before a truck leaves.

Estimate excludes VAT, recovery from a ditch or embankment, storage after 24 hours, and toll fees. Accident recovery and specialised lifting are quoted on the scene.

Stay safe on the roadside

1. Get everyone out of the vehicle and behind the barrier, never between the car and oncoming traffic.
2. Hazards on. Triangle out at roughly 45 metres behind you, further on a highway or a blind bend.
3. At night, stand where headlights will see you, not in the shadow of your own car.
4. If you feel unsafe, lock yourself in with your seatbelt on and tell us — we will stay on the line.

Your rights at the scene

1. Nobody may tow your vehicle without your consent. Not the first truck to arrive, not the loudest driver there.
2. Get the price in writing before it is loaded — call-out, rate per kilometre, storage per day and any recovery fee.
3. Photograph your vehicle with the truck before it leaves, and note the truck's registration.
4. Remove everything of value, including the spare wheel and anything in the boot.
5. Ask where it is being taken and get that in writing. Storage fees on a yard you did not choose are how people lose thousands.
6. If you are insured, phone your insurer first. If they authorise us, you usually pay nothing.
