Are the authority's own fees included?
No. Our fee is the facilitation fee. Bodies such as NCCA, NHBRC, CIPC and the licensing authorities invoice you directly, and we tell you those amounts upfront.

Do your prices include VAT?
No. We are a registered VAT vendor, so every price is quoted excluding VAT and the law requires us to add it. Printing is quoted separately.
